HOW LONG IS THE FINAL DVD?

WHAT STYLE DO YOU USE?
Depends on the length of your event. They typically range from 30 minutes to 2 hours in total length but your DVD may run longer or shorter depending on the package selected and ceremony length.
Yes, upon request and for a fee, but we don't think you need it. Many people believe they need the raw footage to view moments left out of the final video. However, our final videos contain every event captured, in full (not just highlights or clips). Only unusable footage (camera movements or re-focus, guests standing in front of the camera, etc) or unneeded footage (duplicate shots) are left out of your final video.
Final videos are a mix of Documentary and Cinematography style. Every wedding is unique, but we often follow a documentary style during important main events (ceremony, cake cutting, first dance, etc) and use cinematography to transition between video segments or for pre-ceremony, after ceremony, or end of reception clips.

Every package includes full Ceremony coverage, in addition to fully-edited 3 DVDs with personalized cover and menu. Reception, pre-ceremony, and all-day coverage vary depending on package selected. All packages include a highlight preview video posted online prior to final video delivery, as well as no charge for 2 cameras and wireless microphone use during Ceremony.
Every package includes three fully-edited DVDs with customized cover and menu. DVDs are R- format. Blu-ray and flash drive delivery (Video_TS or MP4 options) are available for an additional fee.
Yes. We have several sample videos on the Video section of our website and on our facebook page. We also have a Demo DVD that contains footage from past weddings as well as a sample menu (please contact us for Demo). For our client's privacy reasons, we do not mail full-length weddings from past clients. However, we would be happy to set up a meeting for you to view a full-length, final DVD of a past client, and discuss any questions you may have.
HOW MANY VIDEOGRAPHERS DO YOU WORK WITH?

DO YOU BOOK MORE THAN ONE EVENT PER DAY?
Depending on the wedding size and venue, you will have 1 or 2 videographers at your event. The Owner, Erick, is always present.
Yes, depending on your preference and availability. Many of my clients prefer to meet face-to-face to go over wedding day details. Other times, clients prefer to meet via phone, Skype, Facetime, or email. The choice is yours!
No, we only book one wedding or event per day.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON TAKING BREAKS?
WHAT IF MY RECEPTION RUNS LATE? DO YOU CHARGE OVERTIME?
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY FINAL VIDEO?
We only take a break during non-event times, such as during the meal at your reception. If the event is more than 5 hours in total length (most weddings), we do ask that a meal for be provided for us.
No, we don't charge hourly so there is no worry if your event runs late. If an event is included in your package, we'll stay as long as necessary to capture them. For the Ceremony + Reception package, this means all formal events (cake cutting, first dance, etc). For the Full Day package, this includes the bridal couple exit, if desired.
Final DVDs are usually delivered approx. 3 to 4 months after your event date, with a highlight video posted online shortly before final video delivery.
MY WEDDING IS SOON! CAN I STILL BOOK?
SOME SAMPLE VIDEOS HAVE MUSIC & SOME HAVE BACKGROUND NOISE. WHICH WILL MY VIDEO HAVE?
WILL YOU TRAVEL AND IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE?
Yes, we accept last minute bookings, although booking early will ensure your event date is available. Availability tends to drop significantly 3 weeks or less from the date.
All ceremonies and receptions are shot in a documentary style and contain the sounds that were actually present at your event (music, laughing, background conversation, etc). All highlight videos, getting ready videos, and informal events will be shot in a cinematography style and set to music.
Yes yes. We will travel to any location, for any type of event. We will generally ask for a fee to cover our travel expenses if the event is 50+ miles from Louisville, KY or Bowling Green, OH. If you are unsure, please contact us.
